Why Chief Justice Roberts Made the Right Long-Term Decision With ObamaCare
Before you look to do harm to Chief Justice Roberts or his family, it’s important that you think carefully about the meaning – the true nature — of his ruling on Obama-care. The Left will shout that they won, that Obama-care was upheld and all the rest. Let them.
It will be a short-lived celebration.

I still have a little problem with a chief justice re-writing a statue. Basically Roberts in his desire not to throw out the law in effect re-wrote it for the government.
To me that is judicial activism. I dont like it when liberals do it, and when conservative do it either.
I take no solace in the fact that it might somehow come back to bite the dems. What if that doesnt happen?
We will be stuck with this law, and what a travesty on our citizens.
Also it is my understanding that the court just maintained the status quo on the commerce clause. Not restrict it.
Dale,
i am looking at the options given to us by Roberts? we have a chance to unite Americans against this. Only the kook left really believe this is good. There is bi-partisan HATE for Obamacare.
It is the single reason state legislatures changed and the House changed. It was the 2010 election. It's now the 2012 along with the economy, the bullies in this administration, and the attack on the Constitution.
Just my opinion.
I agree hundred percent. I know you will work hard to see that Obama care is repealed to the end.
I am just so disappointed in Roberts.
But I too will get over it and work hard with every true conservative to push back this trend toward socialism.
There is a silver lining in this if our candidate will seize the moment and follow through on uniting the tea party and conservatives. Let's hope he doesn't disappoint us also.
