Ahh here we go again. Hollywood elite and yes, Mr. Basketball, Michael Jordan, holding fundraisers for the "chosen one". I don't like the NBA anyway. When college careers are over, I don't pay any attention to the ego-tripped boys.
Obama to Fundraise With Michael Jordan

When PBO said a few months ago that if he had a son he would be like Trayvon, did any of you really believe that? Trayvon didn't have the best history. That's no excuse for a life to be gone but it's reality. And I'm not racist for saying this. I wish Trayvon could have grown up in the America I did. But he didn't get the chance. Choices have consequences no matter which path you choose.
Anyway, let's be honest. Trayvon Martin is not the son PBO would want. First of all, he was walking in a neighborhood and not driving a BMW or Mercedes or the like. Secondly he wasn't wearing a "famed label". Although his memory does. No I beg to differ that Trayvon would have been the ideal son for Barack Hussein Obama (it's his real name!).

Obama's son would look more like Michael Jordan. Rich guy. Oh my goodness! GASP! Obama doesn't hang around families like Trayvon's. Look at who is holding fundraisers for him. Look at who he dines with. No Obama cares for the common folk when necessary and for photo ops or talking points. He doesn't go hold fundraisers down at the Durham Mission Center or Lee County's Haven. No he holds them with George Clooney, Sarah Jessica Parker, and now Michael Jordan and some NBA all stars.
Obama doesn't really care about the poor just like his partners in crime, Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson don't either. He cares about their vote not their dinner table. Just like Al and Jesse.
The war on poverty has been waged far too long in this country. The Democrats, along with RINOs, have created program after program. It's still not won. Then when those programs don't work, the government comes in to fix it with another program and the problem compounds. It will never be won. It has impoverished more people and grown a dependency class that feel they can't escape it. I know. I felt that way growing up. That is until Mama kicked me in the butt and told me the truth...I didn't have to stay that way.
Frankly, if you care about the poor, you try to bring them out of poverty instead of keeping them in poverty. I'm sure you've heard the old but good saying...if you teach someone how to fish they eat for a lifetime. But if you do as the Rev. Al and Rev. Jesse do, and give them a fish, they will come back for more. They don't know any better. And the Revs. bank on it.
