According to the Daily Mail article below, phones have been tapped in the House of Representatives cloakroom. All of the Representatives should be screaming. Imagine the brouhaha if it was Bush's Justice Department doing this. Heads would have been rolling, as they should have been.
It doesn't matter who is in the White House, though. These actions are unconstitutional and wrong. If this did happen, Eric Holder needs to resign. He is responsible for what his Justice Department does.
