"You can never again say that you did not know"

"At the end of what was arguably Wilberforce's most famous speech against slavery, in which he detailed the horrors it entailed, he said: "Having heard all of this, you may choose to look the other way, but you can never again say that you did not know."

And so it is with Gosnell and friends. Americans know what the underbelly of the abortion machine looks like. They know what abortion involves, even when legal.
