Biden...Too Big to Fail?

When I think of ol' Joe, I tend to think of Dan Quayle, as well.  Both VPs are a perfect picture of   "foot in the mouth" type of guys.  But as usual, the lame stream media excuses anyone on the left -  like Joe.

So is Joe too big to fail?  You know, like GM was?  And like all those rich guy banks that Obama says he despises but bailed out anyway and uses like no tomorrow?  Or maybe like the unions?   Is this why they are keeping him on the ticket?  Frankly I'm happy they are.  Gives me alot to write about and laugh about.

Plus what a picture of desperation it would be if  Obama dumped Biden for Hilary this close to an election?  I wondered in a post yesterday if Biden wasn't deliberately making these blatant gaffes to give Obama an excuse to replace him.  But according to the WH today, Biden will stay on the ticket.  This week that is.

To honor "Honest Joe"...Let's recap some of those "Bidenisms"!

Really?  Our VP is this stupid?

"My mother believed and my father believed that if I wanted to be president of the United States, I could be, I could be Vice President!" --Joe Biden, campaigning in Youngstown, Ohio, May 16, 2012

"I promise you, the president has a big stick. I promise you." --Joe Biden, citing Theodore Roosevelt's famous quote, "Speak softly and carry a big stick; you will go far." (April 26, 2012) (What really goes on in the White House?  LOL!)

"Hillary Clinton is as qualified or more qualified than I am to be vice president of the United States of America. Quite frankly, it might have been a better pick than me." --Joe Biden, speaking at a town hall meeting in Nashua, New Hampshire, Sept. 10, 2008 (Source(I agree with this one!)

Oh yesterday's:
“Look at what they [Republicans] value, and look at their budget. And look what they're proposing. [Romney] said in the first 100 days, he's going to let the big banks write their own rules -- unchain Wall Street. They're going to put y'all back in chains." --Joe Biden, speaking to a largely African-American audience in Danville, Va., Aug. 14, 2012
  Duh?

"In Delaware, the largest growth of population is Indian-Americans, moving from India. You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I'm not joking," he said.

Pathetic:

In perhaps his most awkward gaffe, Biden asked Missouri state Sen. Chuck Graham, who is confined to a wheelchair, to stand up and wave to his campaign event audience.
"Stand up, Chuck, let 'em see ya," he said. Upon seeing that wasn't going to happen, Biden said, "Oh, God love ya, what am I talking about?"

Wow what an example for our kids to look up to:

In 2010, during the health care law signing ceremony, a live microphone picked up Biden saying, "This is a big f---ing deal," to President Barack Obama.
