And it's hard to hear... Unfortunately the media will not tell us the "whole truth" and is already having a hissy fit. That's expected. The truth hurts.
“There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what. All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe that government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it. That that’s an entitlement. And the government should give it to them. And they will vote for this president no matter what.”
-- Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney speaking at a May 17 fundraiser in Boca Raton, Fla. in a video obtained by liberal magazine Mother Jones.
But President Obama does want his base on welfare. The Democratic party wants that. The policies they promote keep people in poverty. It's their voting block. You would think they'd stop abortions because they are killing off their future voters. Rough, huh? I don't care. It's the truth.
How long has the Democrats' war on poverty been waged? Longer than the Iraq War and longer than troops have been in Afghanistan. But you don't have the media going nuts over that, do you? How many people have actually died because of poverty? We shudder and say that doesn't happen in this country. But I bet it does. Why do we see grandmas, mamas, dads, and kids in poverty? And it happens generation after generation after generation. Why? Why with all the money government spends on programs that should work but don't? Why?? We don't need another government program. We need paths to prosperity and giving a fish a day won't help. Teaching one to fish does.
And if you really look at it, you'll notice that our poorest of poor in America are still richer than most third world country's poor.
Our government is giving away cell phones, at taxpayer expense. They feed, clothe, and now have taken over from breastfeeding to breast cancer. We all have opportunity. Some of us need help more than others. Some of us need clear direction. But there is a way out of poverty. It's up to us. You hear me? It's up to us. Not government! The last I checked there wasn't an age limit on the Constitution. Nope. I can be just as successful at 90 as I am at 50. Some things will limit me...like my titanium knees. But as long as my brain is working, I've still got the American dream at my fingertips.
What's wrong with people these days who doubt that? I can tell you..they have faith in man and not God. They are not listening to their spirit. If they have, they would ask for wisdom. Wisdom is a beautiful thing. The first time I heard it said that way was from Pastor Whitfield out of Durham. How true it is.
Wisdom is a jewel. A jewel freely available from our Creator if one will ask.

New Secret Romney Vid: Pathway to Peace Between Israelis and Palestinians ‘Almost Unthinkable’ — But What’s the Full Story?
Interestingly, rather than releasing the full video of the fundraiser, an event that was held on May 17 at the home of private equity manager Marc Leder in Boca Raton, Florida, Mother Jones (an outlet known for having a liberal slant) has opted to put the clips out in segments. This process may, as is often the case when this tactic is used, be hinged upon a plan to gain momentum for the outlet, while also exposing Romney’s comments to additional scrutiny and damage.Read the rest of the story: http://www.theblaze.com/stories/new-secret-romney-video-released-palestinians-have-no-interest-in-peace-but-whats-the-full-story/
