In February, gun accessory manufacturer Magpul Industries announced it would leave Colorado if Democrats pushed through a ban on magazines that hold more than 15 rounds. The company told Gov. Hickenlooper and gun-grabbing Dems, “If you pass this, we will leave, and you will own it.”
And now that Colorado has done just that, Magpul is preparing to leave.
Magpul Prepares to Pull Up Stakes
I propose we send emails and make phone calls to the governor's office here in NC, or whoever we need to contact, and ask them to look into Magpul, and other such companies, coming here. Gun makers along with other gun accessory makers may soon be looking to relocate away from regulation-happy states, like Colorado. There are plenty of gun owners here in NC, and this state is gun ownership friendly. And most of all, we could use the jobs here in NC. Sounds like a win-win to me.
