According to the NBC article linked to below (not FOX, mind you, but NBC) President Obama knew this was going to happen, and that the White House has known for at least three years. I know it seems like he doesn't know anything going on around him (like the NSA spying on Angela Merkel), but he did know about this...and he didn't do anything about it.
