The Best Speech from the DNC

There's no hiding it...I am pro-life, support the 2nd Amendment, respect the rich (who gave me my job), fear God and love this country.  None of that was present at the DNC.

No, all I have been able to stand this week with the DNC can be summed up simply:  God doesn't matter to them.  Unity for the good of mankind doesn't matter.  Division does.  Class warfare does.  Government takeover from cradle to grave does. The right to abort babies whenever does.  And telling lie after lie after lie does.

But not one speech was uplifting and made me feel like the Democratic Party had my values. Not one.  They don't.

Earth to DNC:

Women didn't die under George Bush because of his policies and Obamacare wasn't even on the books back then!  So why do you attack Romney as if he has them marked with "pacifiers and bibs" and will kill them immediately on January 21, 2013?  How many women died during Governor Romney's term in Massachusetts?  Please give us the answer.  You can't because Sandra Fluke and others, you lied and you know it.   And extremist Beverly Perdue as well.  After her comments, "extremist" is a nice adjective.

The stupidity of the RNC was trying to change rules in the middle of the game to shut out grassroot activists.  That was simply wrong.  And it upset quite a few of us.  If it wasn't for the grassroots, we probably wouldn't even be having an election if it was left up to President Obama.  Oh wait...his tenure isn't over so that might still be on the agenda!

But we sure didn't cast out the very thing our Founding Fathers held so dearly and then ram it in after the criticism and the shock wave hit.

However, the audacity to eliminate something so pure and precious as God should show us just how much the left detests the Constitution and the limitations it puts on Government and the credit it gives to a higher power.  PBO displays his disgust with every executive order that thwarts Congress.  Ugh.

Hands down...The best speech by far is the closing prayer of Cardinal Dolan.  I don't care if you're Catholic or Christian.  Baptist or Methodist.  Democrat, Libertarian or Republican.  This prayer sums up where our faith should be, who should be protected and that our government desperately needs our prayers.
