Actually this is Dysfunctional Relationships 101. Anyone who knows anything about dysfunctional relationships knows that when one person (or group) in a relationship quits acting and responding in the same way they always have, the other person (or group) will act out in an attempt to regain the original relationship.
The Republicans in Congress stand up and say no; the President Obama acts out (has a temper tantrum) in an attempt to regain the original relationship, which happens to be him being the one to make all the rules.
